For properties under 4,000 sqft, a scan generally takes 1-2 hours depending on the layout of the property. Larger properties generally take 3 hours or more.

You do not have to be present if your property has a combination lockbox. If the property does not have a combination lockbox, you will need to be present to give the photographer access to the property. We are working on obtaining a Supra Key account.

We can deliver 3D Matterport Showcases, photos, videos, floor plans and 3D Point Clouds within 24-48 hours.

We do not have a hosting fee. We will host your space for 1 year for free. If you need hosting for longer than 1 year, contact us to discuss you project in more detail.

The company Rooomy has teamed up with Matterport in an effort to provide the ability to virtually stage empty Matterport spaces. Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. Stay tuned for an update on when that becomes available. We do have the ability to virtually stage images however. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in virtually staged images.

We do offer a %25 discount for booking multiple properties. This applies to all special projects and pricing packages besides the $99 client special.

If the property is within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA we do not charge a travel fee. If the property is outside of the 50 mile perimeter, we charge a $25 travel fee.
